Black Tea
Golden Needle (Gin Zhen)
Traditionally processed in Fujian Province and increasingly hard to find, this tea is made of long, slender black leaves with a light sheen mixed with deep, golden–colored bud leaf. The aroma is chocolaty and malty and there is no comparable tea. Its rich taste will satisfy. Be generous with the leaf, steep it for 2–3 minutes in water about 195–205 degrees.
