Lotus Heart (Lian Xin Cha)
Made from delicate curly light green leaves and white buds from the early spring harvest. Very aromatic it is remininscent of Bi Luo Chen but its taste is rounder, sweeter and more vegetal with hints of asparagus. Steep in water temperature of 175 to 185 degrees for 2 minutes.
