Fired in wicker baskets, this Fujian Province early spring green will cup to a round and sweet vegetal taste that hints of asparagus. Made of artfully curled, light-green leaves and a smattering of white buds this tea is an excellent example of China's fine spring green teas. In tasting, note the rich mouth taste and brief aftertaste. Then steep another cup!
