Powdered Green Tea (Matcha)

Matcha is a very finely ground Sencha or Bancha green tea. A brilliant green color, it is typically whisked in hot water, the tea dissolves giving a thin, intensely green drink that has a distinctive grassy taste. Ours is an organic tea that is beautiful in color and very rich in taste, antioxidants and made in China. Brew this tea by mixing hot water and Matcha (approximately 1 part tea to 8 parts water) and then stir it briskly with a tea whisk for 30 seconds or so.
