This rare green tea offers a round, nutty–sweet flavor that is quite unusual. Worked by hand in a wok to create broad flat leaves while maintaining its white leaf edging, Snow Dragon has a very distinct herbaceous finish that will linger. The taste we enjoyed in the market at harvest time is well preserved in this lot.
