Lightly oxidized oolong is a "select" lot made in the AnXi Region. This is a wonderful value, low-oxidized, green-style Oolong. It has a fine leaf appearance of deep greens with just a hint of brown coloration. Once steeped, its leaves release a wonderful floral aroma. Taste is rich and sweet with a lingering aftertaste. The cup infusion is light, green-yellow and clear. The tea's nuanced flavors are created in a multi-step, hours-long, process of semi-oxidizing the leaves. This tea is rich; it will satisfy and will provide multiple steeps to enjoy.

In Chinese, oolong is "Wu Lung" or Black Dragon. Oolong is held to combine the best attributes of green and black tea.
AnXi is a Tieguanyin style. It is made in the same "form" but has unique aroma and taste qualities.
