Snow Pear Oolong (Xue Li)

A very lightly oxidized oolong, Snow Pear is from the An Xi Region of Fujian Province. Hand-rolled leaves are a light shade of green and offer a subtle, fragrant aroma as the name well suggests. The taste is nuanced and leaves a distinct yet light, sweet-fruit-like aftertaste. This is an oolong that you will not often find outside China. It is another local style crafted to local taste preferences.
