White Peony (Bai Mu Dan)
NEW HARVEST - SPECIAL PRICE - A rich, inexpensive organic white tea from Fujian Province made only of early–picked, mixed green leaves and silvery buds. The new leaf is immediately withered and fired to preserve its light green colors and natural sweetness. When brewed the cup is amber–colored and offers a smooth, sweet flavor with hints of melon and fruit. Be generous with the leaf and brew for 3 – 4 minutes at 170 – 185 degrees.
