Picked at a high elevation, this is perhaps our sweetest offering from the Phoenix Mountains of Feng Huang. Leaves are worked by hand, then wood-charcoal fired to create a red-green leaf and a fruity aroma. Its sweetness is natural and nuanced with a long, pleasant aftertaste. Offers multiple steeps. Brew in water temperature 195-205 degrees for 2 minutes.
