Our Yin Hao is made with fresh, carefully shaped leaves and a high silvery bud content, then traditionally processed with jasmine flower petals to create a rich and smooth scenting. Often described as an intoxicating aroma, this tea will embrace the senses and soothe. Jasmine petals, silver buds and deep green leaf - one of China's finest traditional teas made in Fujian Province. The green leaves have been scented multiple times to provide the highest taste quality.

Jasmine flower buds are picked at midday and in the evening, when they are open and most fragrant.
The jasmine fragrance is absorbed into the leaves in about 4 hours. For higher grades, scent may be repeated 7-8 times.
