Traditional style, 6-ounce, unglazed Yixing red-clay pot. Note the traditional style of the teapot, made with red Zisha clay. Yixing or "purple sandware" pots are famous for their ability to absorb the flavor of tea. Typically, only one type of tea is used in a particular pot for this reason. Commonly used for "Gong fu" style tea service with oolong or Pu-erh teas. Rinse with hot water and allow it to air-dry. This pot should be boiled in water for at least ten minutes and allowed to dry before its first use.

Our Green Peony is made in a village in Anhui Province that is known for the quality and craftsmanship of its display teas. Rosette shaped, the leaves are a rich and varied green color sewn together with silk thread. This tea offers a visual delight that cups to a full–bodied and sweet lingering taste. Brew in water temperature of 185–195 degrees in a sturdy wine glass or glass teapot. Once fully opened, you will certainly enjoy the elegance of this Peony flower.
Ours is a tightly rolled, deep-green leaf with a strong aroma yet without the harshness found in lesser grades. Made in Anhui Province, this organic Gunpowder has body, producing a dark green cup with a slightly pungent and, if steeped long, plenty of astringent flavor. This tea offers plenty of mouth feel and will refresh.
A must try, high-mountain variety of Keemun, opens to a lush taste, only a hint of smokiness passing quickly to a smooth, fruity finish. Grown on an organic farm at an elevation of approx. 1000 meters, in the Huang Shan Mountains of Anhui Province. Leaf is longer and thinner than most Keemuns, with hints of gold coloration, cups to sparkling red-orange cup color. After withering and shaping, the golden leaves oxidize then are fired over charcoal. An excellent breakfast or afternoon refresher tea that will take milk and sugar.
Note the very deep green coloration of the leaves. A result of the steaming process, this wonderful yellow tea is made in Anhui Province. Grown organically in the Huang Shan Mountain area, the deep leaf coloration reflects the richness of the local varietal. Once the leaves open, they remind tea drinkers of a melon seed with a finely serrated edge. Taste is full, offers a hint of a green tea "bite" as the leaf is quite strong in taste; yet it is lightly sweet and round in the mouth, with a lingering finish that makes for an exquisite cup of tea.

An unusual black tea given the varietal it is made from and the quality of its taste. This tea generally is not sold outside of China. Grown on a farm at a comparatively high elevation of 1000 meters, this early harvest leaf is quite distinct in aroma. Black Cloud is made from the Mei Zhan varietal, a slow-growing Fujian Province bush whose leaves are typically processed to a high-grade green. Cups to red-orange, clear liquor; aroma has a hint of smoke, is light chocolaty, with a fruity note and a lingering sweetness. For black tea lovers, this is a good everyday tea.
