If you are not completely satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at customerservice@silkroadteas.com or 415 458 8624 within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange for the return of your order.
To return an item for full credit, please include the original receipt and packaging and tell us your reason for return.

Shipping
We offer FREE shipping via USPS or UPS Ground for internet orders over $75.00. Offer will show at checkout. Free shipping offer is valid in Continental US only.
Retail orders placed Monday through Thursday usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week. All orders placed within the United States will ship via FedEx Home except those addressed to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, rural addresses, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska, which will ship via the United States Postal Service.
