Our Peppermint Leaf (Mentha x piperita) is organically grown in the Pacific Northwest. A flowering perennial, Peppermint is known primarily for its healthful properties as well as its many applications in food and medicine. When steeped, the leaf yields a complex flavor that is refreshing and stimulating and known to aid in digestion. Peppermint is noncaffeinated.
Brewing Suggestions. Use one teaspoon per 8 ounces of water at 195-205 F and steep for 3-4 minutes.
