Chinese black teas, particularly those from Fujian, are made with a"softer" touch. The tastes tend to be nuanced rather than heavy and overly strong.

These 3 greens are all early-pick teas, offering a range of traditional Chinese green tea tastes - vegetal, jasmine scented and naturally sweet.
Little Melon Seed is made using a yellow tea process this heightens its natural sweetness and clarity of the cup liquor.

Two of these teas grow at higher elevations. This sharpens their taste notes and clarifies their cup liquor. Spring Blossom is more vegetal and sweet.
Sampler offers an overview of Chinese oolongs. Leaves range from very light green to deep red-brown. Lo-oxidized to high fired, offering multiple steeps as the leaves are large and rich in taste.
