Good peppermint tea
Good tasting peppermint tea, but I can find similar tea locally.
Our Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita) is organically cultivated in the Pacific Northwest. A flowering perennial, Peppermint is known primarily for its healthful properties as well as its use in food as a flavoring. Highly aromatic, it offers cleansing properties primarily in the stomach and intestines as well as relief from headache and heartburn. Steeped, the leaf yields a complex flavor that is both refreshing and stimulating. Known as well to aid in digestion. Peppermint is noncaffeinated.
Brewing Suggestions. Use one teaspoon per 8 ounces of water at 195-205 F and steep for 3-4 minutes.
