This graceful celadon tea pot is designed in a classic Shi Piao style and glazed using the ruyao surface finish. The unique applied glaze contains small amounts of iron giving the fired glaze a luminescent look. Small "veins" exist after the firing process and with seasoning, the veins will grow more prominent.
This lovely pot has a built-in filter and can be used with any tea. Each pot comes nestled in an beautiful padded fabric box - an ideal gift for any tea drinker.
